Location: Bhubaneswar / West Odisha 

About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive sales growth across the Western region of Odisha. You will bring 10-15 years of experience in consumer durable goods sales, preferably within the moulded furniture or related segments, and have a proven track record of success in leading sales teams and developing market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead business growth for our diverse product lines across the defined territory
  • Create and execute strategies to capture market share and boost brand visibility.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and motivation to consistently hit and exceed targets.
  • Oversee regional operations, including managing depots as required.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • A seasoned sales professional with deep market knowledge and a reputation for success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building relationships and achieving results.

Location: Balasore / Berhampur / Sambalpur (Odisha)

Role Overview: 
We’re looking for energetic and motivated individuals with a passion for sales. With a graduate degree (MBA in Marketing preferred) and 2-3 years of experience, particularly in the plastics, utensils, or crockery segments, you will take on a dynamic role in driving sales growth across multiple markets.

Responsibilities: 

  • Build strong relationships with clients and identify growth opportunities in primary and secondary markets.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a readiness to travel extensively.
  • Open to relocation or working in other regions as the need arises.

Trainee / Office Assistant Role

About the Opportunity: 
Are you a fresh graduate or MBA looking to gain valuable office experience? We are offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to learn and grow within our office environment. Previous experience isn’t mandatory, but candidates with up to 2-3 years of work experience and a background from Convent or Kendriya Vidyalaya schools will have an advantage.
